Sealed bids will be received electronically via Mississippi’s Accountability System for Government Information and Collaboration (MAGIC, RFX 3160004299) OR physically in the conference room of Building 1 (Clyde Woodruff, Jr. Administration Building), on the Ellisville State School Campus, 1101 Highway 11 South, Ellisville, MS 39437-4444, until 2:00 PM CDST on June 16, 2021 for the following:

at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The plans, specifications, and contract documents can be viewed and obtained online at www.clarkengineersprojects.com. By use of the website, the plan holders shall have the option of obtaining physical and/or digital copies of the plans and specifications.

Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Information for Bidders section bound in the Project Manual. Ellisville State School reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.

A pre-bid conference for all bidders will be held at the Maintenance Building Conference Room on the Ellisville State School campus on June 2, 2021 at 2:00 PM. Attendance is mandatory for any contractor to be recognized as a qualified bidder. No bid will be accepted from any contractor who does not attend the pre-bid conference.
